James Larsen is an Of Counsel Attorney with Myers Immigration Law.

With fifteen years of immigration legal experience, James primarily handles H-2 Nonimmigrant Visa matters, including H-2A Temporary Agricultural Workers (i.e., farmworkers) and H-2B Temporary Non-Agricultural Workers (i.e., other seasonal workers). He also assists with Employer Compliance Matters, including E-Verify and Form I-9 Compliance in connection with self-audits, government investigations, and mergers and acquisitions.

Prior to joining Myers Immigration Law, Attorneys Matthew Myers and James Larsen previously worked together at one of the largest international business immigration law firms for several years, which James joined after working for a boutique law firm focusing on farmworker and other seasonal worker visas. He earned his Bachelor’s degree from Brigham Young University (BYU) and his Juris Doctorate degree from Drake Law.
