Sabrina Schroeder is an Of Counsel Attorney with Myers Immigration Law.

With over a decade of experience, Sabrina has advised and delivered U.S. immigration solutions to individuals and employers of all sizes, including SMEs, major multinational corporations, universities, and research institutions. She primarily handles PERM Labor Certification and merits-based immigration, including nonimmigrant visa matters under the categories of O-1 Extraordinary Ability and P Outstanding Athletes, Entertainers, and Performing Arts as well as immigrant petitions under the categories of EB-1A Extraordinary Ability, EB-1B Outstanding Professor/Researcher, and EB-2 National Interest Waiver.

Prior to joining Myers Immigration Law, Attorneys Matthew Myers and Sabrina Schroeder previously worked together at one of the largest international business immigration law firms, which Sabrina joined after working for a boutique merits-based immigration law firm for several years. She earned her Bachelor’s degree graduating cum laude from Oklahoma State University and her Juris Doctorate degree graduating magna cum laude from Michigan State University College of Law. Prior to becoming an attorney, she worked in the International Students & Scholars (ISS) office at Oklahoma State University (OSU) helping international students and scholars with their immigration and visa issues as well as an Admissions Officer at the Graduate College of OSU where she assisted both domestic and international students with the admissions process.
